IENA Events

The Inland Empire Nurses Association (IENA) hosts and attends different events throughout the year, including Nurse Legislative Day in January, the Nurse Celebration Event in May and the Legislative Reception in October.

The purpose of the Inland Empire Nurses Association (IENA) shall be to act and speak for the nursing profession and to promote and enhance the accountability and control of nursing practice by the nursing profession.

We anticipate that your affiliation with the professional nursing organization will be positive and beneficial. Membership in ANA and WSNA helps to strengthen the nursing voice to advocate for nursing and health care issues at state and federal levels. In addition, our local unit (IENA) works to provide the local membership with information and support to help strengthen our individual voices.
